When I solve a 3D example with FreeFEM, the following error has occurred:
“Error umpfack umfpack_di_numeric status -1
Error umfpack_di_solve status -3”
I don’t know why?

Probably because your problem is too big and you need to change to another solver, e.g., UMFPACK64, MUMPS, or PETSc.
