PNG, JPG, BMP or even PDF

Now the eps-format was realized, the command
plot(u, wait=1, jpg=“fig1.eps”);
works perfect. But there is some difficulties with eps-files in MS Windows. Would you be so pleasant to realize within “plot” saving into formats (PNG, JPG, BMP or even PDF), which are more native for Windows user?

I agree with this request, and if I may add, SVG format would be great! Thanks.
