Variational formulation involving jumps

Hello everyone !

I want to solve a variational problem with the form
a(u,v)=L(v) where L(v)=int1d(Th,CurveInsideTh)(jump(w)*v)
w is a discontinuous function along the curve (let us consider w as a P0 function)
Is it possible to do this?
