Issue with solver=UMFPACK64

In which version of FreeFem++, we can use "UMFPACK64 " as a solver.

I think that though using PETSc you can access UMFPACK. I am not sure about otherwise (I mean by using the problem keyword).

I think you can also use it without petsc if you use load “UMFPACK64”.
