Brain geometry in 2D or Breast in 2D

Hello community
I would like someone to share with me a 2D mesh of the human brain and/or breast. I would like to test some code on these domain types. I haven’t found a solution for this yet, thank you for your help. Precisely I would like the flat slice seen from the front in 2D, as shown in the attached photo.
Thanks

I won’t be able to help with this, but maybe you could be a bit more specific in case someone else can help. Are you looking for a 3-D surface mesh or a flat 2-D slice of these? If the latter, maybe you should specify more details about the cross section you are interested in.

Thanks @cmd Chris for your response. I would like the flat slice seen from the front in 2D, as shown in the attached photo.

What is wrong with the “Lehman Lake” example here?

Thank you @marchywka for your response, but I need a slice of brain like in the image I sent and not the geometry of Lake Leman. I didn’t find an example like that in the documentation.

Did you try any of the anatomy or histology sites? Or even google scholar maybe
someone has done this before.

@marchywka, If I had found it there I wouldn’t ask here thank you

Hello @cmd
Chris do you have anything to suggest?

No. As I said, I won’t be able to help.

@marchywka Thank you very much for your guide. In fact we can create the mesh from an image of the brain using the “@load ppm2rnm” function and the Lake example that you showed me in the documentation is a good example. I finally succeeded. Thank you so much.

you can search “brain edema simulation” in google scholar, you can get some papers which have FE mesh
