Can freefem++ plot one labelled surface of a 3D geometry?

Export the mesh / a solution with savevtk and post-process the data using Paraview. Use the threshold filter applied to the label data to display only your desired surface.

Thanks very much for your answer. I tried it, however, it seems not work. Can you show the label 1 surface with a .vtk file which can directly generated from the following .edp file. It is only a mesh file. And my aim is to check whether the tetgenreconstruction would change the surface labels.

I think you can use the threshold filter, and in select the label field, and specify a range which corresponds to the surface label you wish to visualize.
