I figured it had something to with MPI based on the error msg " Possible error running C/C++ src/snes/tutorials/ex19 with 1 MPI process"
I never set any MCA framework parameters personally, I am only following the installation instructions.
Can you elaborate a little on what you mean by “You need to fix your MPI”?
