Analyze with doxygen

Hi,

I would like to analyze an old Freefem code with Doxygen. It’s an open source software with some parts in C++. The authors made a good documentation, but Doxygen can produce call graph, instance graph and could help to do a preview of the organization
Does it work with freefem code? Do you know if the parser for C/C++ work with it ?
You could answer also if you tried with another software like “Sphinx” or others.

I know some people try to make a doc with Doxygen, but the result was no very lisible.
You can ask Simon Garnotel or A Le Hyaric.

for sphinx we try to use to make the doc but not from the source.
