# Installation error in windows

Dear All,

After the windows update process, I am getting an application startup issue (0xc0000142)

I have tried to reinstall the latest version (4.11 for windows), but I am still getting the same error.

Kindly comment to fix this error:

same problem, you can try to open it with the “open as administrator” option

I have reinstalled the fresh setup with different installation Path.

Now it is working.
