This plugin does not exist anymore, read `CHANGELOG.md`.

use “lapack” not "fffapck  
lik e in

```auto
load "lapack"
// test of lapack load file ... 
// .......................
// load "fflapack" obsolete (F. Hecht version 3.8)
// use load "lapack"  

```
