Fortran is still pretty common and recently I even found a COBOL compiler
in a ubuntu distro. However, I just moved from ubuntu 16 to 20 and my
existin FF is looking for a fortran runtime but a few choices so far did not work,…
I’ve never had an issue with fortran before
I struggle to compile “Develop branch” for two days… I know little about basis of computer and dont want to waste time on it… If you can compile the branch could you run a test code for me ?
If you saw my FF install you wouldn’t ask 
I’m on a temp setup now waiting for
new hard drive but in the meantime went from 16 to 20. Generally I’m looking
for code to run that has a known solution to learn all this stuff so sure
I would consider running about anything.
